Highlights of the Program
- It is the first nutrition and dietetics program offered in the south of Thailand.
- Responding to the demand for nutritionists and dietitians in Thai society.
- The key characteristics of graduates from here are knowledge and understanding of Halal principles for the healthcare system and food, which programs in other places do not have.
Graduates will have the following professional and general skills:
- Screening, assessing nutritional status, planning, and implementing nutritional therapy, including assessment, providing advice, and consultation on nutrition/nutrition therapy
- Managing and planning large-scale food services
- Conducting basic research in nutrition and dietetics, including developing health food products
- Applying knowledge to solve problems in the fields of nutrition and dietetics appropriately and efficiently, and always seeking up-to-date knowledge and technology
- Having general skills such as teamwork, effective communication, judgment in using information, and using computer programs to support efficient work

Qualifications of applicants:
Graduated from high school (Mathayom 6) in the science program.

Curriculum Structure
This program is a 4-year program, accepting 30 students per class. Regular program (131 credits) Cooperative program (135 credits)
The content of the program is determined to be in accordance with the minimum criteria of the Nutrition and Dietetics program.

**Those who choose to study Plan 2, Cooperative Education, and choose to work in cooperative education in a hospital will receive clinical nutrition internship hours, including the course of no less than 1100 hours, which provides enough experience hours to be able to take the Certified Dietitian of Thailand (CDT) professional license exam immediately upon graduation.

Teaching and learning activities
1. Nutrition Clinic
A training center for students to assess nutritional status, plan, and provide nutritional advice to the general public under the guidance of lecturers.

2. Laboratory for training in large-scale food service operations

3. Nutrition study tours in various hospitals
