This department was established to provide teaching and research in food science and nutrition used in the food industry, focusing on food processing, food analysis, food engineering, food chemistry, food microbiology, food quality assurance, packaging design, and food and nutrition work, nutrition therapy, Bachelor of Science Program in Food Science and Nutrition, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Master of Science Program in Food Science and Nutrition, as well as providing academic services in food and nutrition and Halal food.
